Greetings From Gehenna is a collaboration between Next Door Strangers and west coast lyricist Knyghtkrawler. The story of GFG is a ghoulish tale of a fictional city where the author duo paint all too familiar scenery of humanities discords. Each song either provides a form of social commentary or a cautionary tale of sorts through both emcees razor sharp descriptive lyrics. The production handled by Next Door Strangers (David Evans & Elliot Evans), provides a backdrop of dark synths, guitars and vocal samples to give GFG its cinematic, melancholy and sometimes horror-esque mood. This collaboration happened completely remotely from across the country but feels completely cohesive as if Next Door Strangers (Florida based) and Knyghtkrawler (California based) met each other in Gehenna to record. They welcome you in to this dark sci fi thriller of a town and plead with you to escape it before the story ends.
